Join us for an all levels vinyasa flow class designed to promote proper body mechanics and balance. You will leave feeling retooled, flexible and relaxed. Poses are held for 3-5 breaths to allow for proper alignment and strength building. 60 mins. 

Lunch Refresh

Find balance and freedom in your Fridays! This class will lead you through standing and seated postures to help undo the effects of your work week and all that hunching over a desk.  You'll find release through your neck, hips and shoulders to create in ease in your body.  The result will be a peaceful intro into your weekend. 45 mins. 


Therapeutics is designed to help mitigate chronic conditions, injuries, immune disorders and chronic pain. You will be led through very specific targeted poses  to alleviate the physical effects of whatever weighs you down physically. Class includes breathing techniques, relaxation exercise and restorative svasana. This class is appropriate for all levels and conditions; including but not limited to scoliosis, RA, OA, osteoporosis, osteopenia, early MS and Parkinson's, Fibromyalgia, sports injuries, repetitive motion injuries and more! Complete Core

Your core is more than just your six pack abs, we like to think of as all the muscles in your trunk. This class is designed to not only strengthen your core muscles but to help get you in touch with those muslces to awaken them and retrain them to help keep your pelvis and spine healthy. You will be led through floor work, standing postures and targeted exercises that will get your core warm and strong! 60 mins.
