We offer classes for every level, and smaller class sizes mean everyone can get the individual attention they need. All classes are first-come, first-served, so please show up 10-15 minutes early. Preregistration for special events is strongly recommended.




VINYASA BASICS New to yoga? Want to focus on breath and alignment? This all levels class is for you! You will be led through a vinyasa style flow that focuses on alignment, breathwork and balance in the pose. Poses are held for 3-5 breaths to allow for proper alignment and strength building. 60 mins. 


VINYASA Join us for an all levels vinyasa flow class designed to promote proper body mechanics and balance. You will leave feeling retooled, flexible and relaxed. Poses are held for 3-5 breaths to allow for proper alignment and strength building. 60 mins. 


COMPLETE CORE Your core is more than just your six pack abs, we like to think of as all the muscles in your trunk. This class is designed to not only strengthen your core muscles but to help get you in touch with those muscles to awaken them and retrain them to help keep your pelvis and spine healthy. You will be led through floor work, standing postures and targeted exercises that will get your core warm and strong! 60 mins.


POWER VINYASA Join us for a vinyasa flow class that explores strength. Kick up you practice a notch and venture in to arm balances, inversions and deeper core work in this class. 60 mins.

Our physical body holds tension, stress and trauma sometimes years after an event. The holding patterns in the body impact the ways in which our muscles move and can affect our daily mobility as well as our athletic performance. This class will teach you ways to release the physical holds that result from stress, trauma and injury to help create an open physical network throughout your whole body. The goal of this practice is to promote healthy superficial fascia, which is the connective tissue between your skin and muscles.
